Owner/Director of Baseball Operations

As founder and owner of the 603 Bandits Steve Siravo has dedicated himself since 2012 to helping provide a pathway for ball players to realize their dream of playing College baseball. As a coach he has had the privilege of coaching over 45 current and former College players of all levels including 2021 4th Rd Pick Owen Kellington.  

Starting as an assistant in GYO's coach pitched league working his way through the ages and levels in 2013 with the help of his longtime friend and mentor Bryan Caruso who was the Genral Manger of the Concord Cannons he would create a Fall Program that would comprise of the most committed players from NH, VT, and eventually Mass. 

As those players would develop, mature, and eventually become of HS age the Advocacy, Competition, Development and Exposure became the core of the 603 Bandits purpose. 

To Date he has been a part of over 225+ wins as both a HC and Asst. with over 160 as a Bandit. His Teams have amassed a total 4 League AND 10 Tournament Titles including Perfect Game, Prospect Select and Firecracker Baseball. 

It is because of the commitment level of the players that have worn the Red and Black over years and in the future that we continue to Advocate for those deserving through hard work, schoolwork, and attitude. 45 former Bandits have, will or continue to play baseball at some level beyond HS.
