YES, Players will face "cuts" as it is our aim to provide the most competitive teams to participate in both league play and premier tournaments in the Northeast. In the event we cannot accommodate enough players to form multiple teams then players are assessed and given roster spots based off 2 factors. Age/Skill Level. A "FULL" team will consist of 14-16 players depending on skill level and potential schedule. Does Not Include the occasional PO brought in when needed to finish a Tourney.
Any players who we can NOT accommodate will be offered Devo Spots on the teams for their age to join us for winter workouts out a reduced rate. Devo spot player will receive the same winter workouts schedules, participate in practices and may even earn potential for playing time during the indoor league. Devo spots are not eligible for season roster unless the Head Coach decides to offer roster spot before season starts.
It is important to provide every player the environment to develop at their at a pace and that the minds and more importantly bodies allow them to do so. We are fully aware that players develop size, strength, speed, and mindset and it is our belief that a driven player can vastly improve during these formative years We are willing and able to work with these guys and are committed to providing and environment to allow the more advanced players to Showcase all while allowing other future HS players still develop. It is those players who need more work on their skills or development that will be offered Devo spots while those more advanced in age/size/and ability will be rostered accordingly on one of our Spring/Summer Tourney Teams.

As a guideline, the hierarchy of activities typically follows this order: Bandit Games, Rec Games, Bandit Practices, and then Rec Practices. Considerations are, however, made for players whose parents serve as Rec League coaches, recognizing the balance required to honor both commitments. This structure allows players to maximize their involvement without compromising their development or participation across leagues.

Fundraising options, financial assistance, and scholarships are available on a case-by-case basis for each team, considering factors such as financial need, personal circumstances, and academic GPA criteria.
